Welcome.
I'm Jeff.
Today we are constantly in the middle of a revolution. We are bombarded by new ideas, and technological advancements, and more and more data; emails, news feeds, articles, social media, friend and customer likes and dislikes. Information is ongoing. It won't stop. It's not going to slow down and let us catch up.
So, how do we keep up? Stay ahead?
Well, by learning. And thinking. And asking questions.
Continuously. Every. Single. Day.
Be curious. It might have killed the cat but it will keep you and your brain sharp.
And learning is all about brain health. How do we keep our minds sharps? How do we stay curious? How do we optimize our ability to think? How do we counter stress?
How do we eat right, sleep right, exercise right?
Our goal is to deliver relevant information that will help you stay sharp, help you think. And to help you think clearly for your entire life (I'm a co-founder at bundleIQ which helps connect the info all together).
I've built eight (8) companies, lived all over the world (I can order beer in 10 different languages - otra chela, porfra). I've had successes, and one colossal failure, but one thing I've mastered is how to get back up, dust myself off, and start swinging once again.
And to be prepared.
Not just Boy Scout prepared, but Aliens landing on Earth prepared.
So, for the sake of prep, we're into research. We're going to deliver relevant, well researched, new information on your brain, brain health, business, philosophy, and your mindset.
On happiness. On a school of thought for life (I know, sounds pretensions as hell).
And sometimes, for no reason other than we want to, and we're work hard, play hard people, we’ll put on our dancing shoes and share posts about stuff that make us giddy with excitement.
We'll do some movie stuff, some sports stuff, and of course, book lists that would make even a librarian's head spin!
